Fall registration is CLOSED.

Please fill out the 2026 Girl's Volleyball Tournament Questionnaire. You need your dragonfly number to access it. This is required to be considered for post-season assignments. https://forms.gle/CpDM9d4qA1iXieSy9

The State Rules meeting is available without a late fee until 8/18/26. The meeting will be available with a $50 late fee from 8/19/26 - 9/9/26. See the FAQ page to learn how to access the meeting.

We do not have information about online meetings at this time. Carl will send out an email when that information becomes available.

OVVOA local association membership renewal period is open from 7/1/26 - 8/30/26. Please see the "Paying Dues" page for more information.

Dates and times for upcoming local meetings and scrimmages are listed below. Please contact Carl Whittenburg for all meeting attendance inquiries.
There is no information about online local meeting credits yet.
Local meetings are held at Oak Hills HS, 3200 Ebenezer Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248. Meetings are from 7 PM - 8:15 PM.
Local Meetings
*Must attend four local girls meetings and one boys meeting if you work boys and girls. Must attend four girls meetings if only working girls. Must attend four meetings if only working boys.
Girl's season 2026: (topics are subject to change)
7/19/26 @ Oak Hills HS: Rules changes, reffing etiquette, elections, uniform exchange
7/28/26 @ Oak Hills HS: coaches panel Q + A, Flemings will be in attendance
8/16/26 @ Oak Hills HS: line ups/rotations, sanctions, weird situations
Scrimmage (see below) - 2 hours, must stay the whole time to receive meeting credit
9/20/26 @ Oak Hills HS: R1/R2/LJ responsibilities/working together

Scrimmages
*you can attend a scrimmage for ONE meeting credit. Attending additional scrimmages will not count for meeting credits, but we encourage you to attend scrimmages to gain on-court experience!

You must attend the scrimmage for the full 2 hours to receive meeting credit. The teams are counting on us!
